LF guild w/ vent, etc

I'm an 18 yo. girl from Canada who loves WoW and would love to make friends on it. I've been looking for a good guild for a very long time, but haven't been able to find one I can connect with. I have very poor gear and admit I need a lot of work on my character, and I think a guild would be able to help me achieve that quite quickly. I am very dedicated, I'm always happy to help guild members, and I would absolutely be loyal. I'll help you if you help me ;)

A guild with a decent member base, vent, and possibly a website/forum/way of contacting outside of WoW (vent can be this option). I want to find reliable people to play with so I can help them and they can help me. I also just want to make friends and have fun!

I started playing shortly after the release of BC but didn't really get into it until about 6 months before Wrath. I have lots of fun but find it hard to stay motivated without friends to play with.

I'm a ranged DPS hunter. I am flexible though and am very willing to change specs if it benefits the guild. I am very open to constructive criticism on my play style and I'm always looking to improve. I am a great friend and would also enjoy running lower levels through instances, etc.

I'm friendly, open to help/criticism, loyal, and always looking for ways to help others. I would love to make new friends and improve my character as well as be there when I'm needed.
